Thank you for choosing our services. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place to ensure that we can adequately accommodate all of our clients' needs. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged 50% of the service fee. We would like to emphasize that we must receive a 72 hour notice for all extension services. In the event of a cancellation outside of that time frame,  our cancellation policy fee will be enforced and you will not be  able to reserve a new appointment until then the fee has been paid. We appreciate your understanding of the importance of keeping appointments and eagerly anticipate your return visit.

Cancellation 

Unfortunately, if you exceed a 15-20 minute delay, we will need to reschedule your appointment. As we have other clients scheduled and we strive to provide the same level of service to them as we do to you.  

Late Arrivals

No Show 

Unfortunately, missing a scheduled appointment will require payment of a no show fee before rescheduling can occur. This fee amounts to 50% of the services that were originally scheduled. Once the fee has been paid, you'll be able to schedule a new appointment. Until then, your profile will be put on hold, preventing you from booking online. We appreciate your understanding of the importance of keeping appointments and eagerly anticipate your return visit.

We are sorry to hear about the miscommunication between you and your stylist regarding your desired look. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds, but rest assured that we will do everything in our power to go above and beyond to  make your hair goals a reality. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch service and making sure you leave feeling confident and satisfied with your new style. Please don't hesitate to let us know if there's anything you were not fully satisfied with by contacting the salon and asking for a head of staff such as an owner or a manager present that day. 

Re-dos

Please note that as a guest, you are fully responsible for the payment of all services. All prices are subject to change. To make your checkout process run smoothly, you have the option of putting a card on file or adding money to your account. It's important to keep in mind that we do accept all forms of payment, including all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, as well as cash or check. So, you can choose the payment method that works best for you.
